Cantaloupe is my fruit crush of the moment. IT’S OKAY TO HAVE FRUIT CRUSHES. Cantaloupe is juicy, sweet, and a good source of vitamins A & C, says the internet. It’s perfect in this refreshing-ass drink with spicy ginger and cool spearmint. I would marry it but my parents say I cantaloupe. BA DUM CHHHHHH.
Ginger Mint Cantaloupe Smoothie
- 2 cups diced cantaloupe, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 5-6 large ice cubes
- 3-4 springs mint or spearmint
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or to taste)
1. Toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired, adding liquid sweetener like agave nectar or maple syrup to taste if needed.
